Fees and Fee Agreements
Hurr Law Office offers the following engagements:
1. Hourly Fees are offered on all contested matters.
Lawyer's Rate - $250 per hour while working on your matter including preparation and appearances.
Certified Paralegal's Rate - $125 per hour while working administratively on your matter.
Legal Assistant's Rate - $75 per hour while working administratively on your matter.
2. Flat fees are offered on a limited basis and only when the legal work can be prescribed or predetermined.
Most Simple Child Support Modifications - $7500
Most Simple Divorces - $2500
Most Simple Estate Plans for Husband and Wife (no tax planning) - $1500
Most Simple Probates of a valid will (letters testementry) - $2500
Please note:
An engagement Letter is required before representation will begin.
Renewable retainer required for all engagements.
There is a monthly administrative fee of $50 per month on all open matters.
