Fees and Fee Agreements

We offer three engagements.

1. Flat Fees are offered when the legal work can be prescribed.

2. Hourly Fees are offered on all contested matters.

Lawyer's Rate	$195 per hour while working on your matter including preparation and appearances.
Legal Asst's Rate	$75 per hour while working administratively on your matter.

3. Contingency Fees. Accepted on a case by case basis. Typical contingency fees are 30% to 40%, after expenses.

Payment Policy. Client payments are first added to the client's trust account. Legal fees are invoiced monthly and deducted from the client's trust account. [Add to My Trust Account].

An engagement Letter is required before representation will begin.
