Mr. Polozola earned a Juris Doctorate in Law from Texas Wesleyan University of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law), and an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University. He practices Immigration Law exclusively in the DFW and surrounding areas. His main emphasis in his practice is family-based petitions such as U.S. citizenship applications, immigrant and non-immigrant visas, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival applications, waivers, and consular processing. Mr. Polozola is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in all of the Texas courts, in the Federal District Courts for the Northern District of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He regularly provides presentations on immigration rights and changes in the law to local schools, churches and public organizations.

Mr. Polozola first worked on an immigration case while practicing business and employment law. A business client had asked him to help her get her citizenship as she had been a Lawful Permanent Resident (green card holder) for many years. Ten years later, he has successfully provided immigration legal support to that business client and many more to primarily the DFW Hispanic community. He believes that practicing immigration law is as important a mission as any attorney could provide as it affects his clients and their families for the rest of their lives.

Mr. Polozola is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and lives in Arlington, Texas with his wife Kathy. He has three children and seven grandchildren. He is an avid cook, currently writing his first Italian cookbook and believes a bad day fishing is still better than a good day at the office.
